The apartment is suitable for families, groups, couples and individuals who want their privacy and their own bathroom.
The apartment also has secured parking place or the possibility to use a large living room (preferably if more than 2 persons) and outdoor facilities.
Note;
It is not suitable for the elderly and those who cannot climb stairs.
